Welcome to Villa Venezia. In order to assure that you are graciously accommodated, we’re providing some helpful tips to make you more familiar with our resort.
· Our office is located on the second floor at Villa Venezia, #132.

· PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
· For all police or fire emergencies dial 9 1 1
· Maid Service is from Monday though Friday. Our room service includes daily regular cleaning (Monday – Friday) and one full service a week. The garbage container is located at the north side of Villa Venezia between the two buildings.
· Remember you are in Florida- hot and tropical! Insects are attracted to food, spillage and dirty dishes! All edible material should be stored in the refrigerator.
· A/C – Please never set temperature below 70F and please keep windows closed when A/C is running.
· The laundry Room is located between Villa Venezia and the next door building # 136, there is also one on the north side of # 136. The washer and dryer will work only between the hours of 8.00 am and 10.00pm. Every room is equipped with an iron and ironing board.
· Parking is very limited on the Isle of Venice, therefore we ask our guests to park properly to accommodate all others. Parking of one car per unit is in the pricing included.
· Our office offers different brochures for all area attractions.
· All apartments are to be used as living quarters for registered guests only!
· At the pool area we have a BBQ for your use and enjoyment. Night Rest is at 10.p.m.
· In the event that your arrival time is outside of our normal business hours, please make sure that you officially check in the next morning by 11am.
· CO outside our business hours: Please lock door and leave keys in white mailbox by the office.
